Features
Everything a resume needs.Nothing it doesn’t.
Resumr handles the parts that usually go wrong: pages that spill over, downloads that don’t match, and text that’s hard to read. Here’s how, with live demos.

Page Limit
One page, kept that way.
Pick 1 Page, 2 Pages or No Limit. As you write, Resumr measures the document and tightens spacing, line height and text size just enough to stay inside the limit. When you remove content, the spacing relaxes again.
- Text never goes below 10pt, and line height never below 1.25.
- Your own design settings stay exactly as you set them.
- Resumes and cover letters default to one page. CVs have no limit.
- The downloaded PDF is checked too, so the file fits as well as the preview.
Tidy Up
Remove dead space in one click.
Empty space usually comes from three places: a sidebar that runs past its content, columns of uneven length, and page breaks that leave half a page blank. Tidy Up fixes all three at once.
- Measures every section and moves the ones that balance the columns best.
- Ends a sidebar tint with its last section instead of the bottom of the page.
- Clears forced page breaks and turns the one-page limit on.
- Keeps the change only if the layout really gets shorter. One Undo reverses it.
Exports
Downloads that match the editor.
The preview and the PDF use the same font files and the same layout rules, so line breaks and page breaks land in the same places. Word files carry the same structure using tab stops and indents, which applicant-tracking systems read cleanly.
- PDF and Word (DOCX), plus plain text, Markdown, HTML and a JSON backup.
- Date layouts, timelines, two columns, skill chips and section cards all carry over.
- An export check reads each file back the way a parser does and scores it.
- No watermark and no download limit.
Readability
Easy to read, on screen and on paper.
A live check looks at what recruiters notice first: whether text has enough contrast against every background, and whether it’s large and spaced enough to read comfortably.
- Contrast checked against the page, a tinted sidebar and a colored header.
- Flags small text, tight line height, very long lines and light weights.
- Each issue has a one-click fix that keeps the same hue.
- Fix All applies every fix as a single step.

Page Breaks
Pages break where you want them to.
For a CV or a two-page resume, you decide how content flows from one page to the next. The preview shows the exact break, and the PDF and Word files follow the same rules.
- Start any section on a new page.
- Keep each entry together, and keep headings with the content below them.
- In two-column layouts, only the main column breaks; the sidebar stays put.
Languages
Every script prints correctly.
Resumr checks each font for the characters you use and fills gaps with fonts chosen by rendering real text, so names and places in any language look right in the PDF.
- Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Arabic, Urdu, Hebrew, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Greek and more.
- Right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Hebrew.
- Arrows, symbols and emoji print instead of turning into empty boxes.
