Refund Policy
Last updated
The short version
- Cancel Pro anytime in Settings › Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Ask within 14 days of your first Pro payment or your Lifetime purchase for a full refund.
- Charges made in error, such as a duplicate charge, are always refunded.
This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.
1. 14-day refund for new purchases
If you’re not happy with Pro or Lifetime, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment or your Lifetime purchase and we’ll refund it in full. Send your request through the Contact page (choose “Billing”) from the email on your account.
2. Renewals and partial periods
Renewal payments aren’t refunded, and we don’t refund the unused part of a monthly or yearly period when you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep Pro until the period ends. If you forgot to cancel a yearly renewal, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll refund it if you haven’t used the paid features since.
3. Free trials
A free trial isn’t charged. If you’re charged when a trial ends because you didn’t cancel, the 14-day refund for new purchases applies to that first payment.
4. Charges made in error
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we’ll refund the incorrect amount, whenever you tell us.
5. What happens after a refund
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. A refunded Lifetime purchase or first Pro payment ends that plan, and your account moves to the Free plan. Your work isn’t deleted.
Where the law where you live gives you more rights, such as a right to cancel within a set period, those rights apply.
6. Disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix billing problems faster. A disputed payment pauses the plan it paid for while the dispute is open.
